Toxic waste has been illegally dumped into the local lake, and now mutilated bodies are turning up covered in sludge. As the police investigate, a team of scientists joins the case. Dr. Dawn suspects that exposure to the chemicals has caused a terrifying mutation. The authorities must act fast to uncover what kind of creature is behind the attacks before more people are killed and the lake becomes a breeding ground for terror.
